About the event

Poffertjes are traditional Dutch mini-pancakes made of buckwheat flour. They are served with butter and powdered sugar, and sometimes with syrup. Dutch chef Pieter Onderwater from the Orange Tree Restaurant and a group of Dutch students will teach children to make poffertjes. After attending this culinary masterclass, our junior master chefs will be able to make the best poffertjes in Hong Kong and treat their parents, family, and friends to this popular and tasty snack from the Netherlands that they make themselves. Do not miss this hands-on learning and fun cultural event for your kids!
