Dutch oysters are one of Zeeland’s best kept secrets. Cultivated on the shores of Zeeland, Dutch oysters are characterised by their briny and peppery flavour and their round or oval-shaped shells. Thanks to the area’s clean water and the relatively small production scale, these oysters epitomise the healthy, safe, and sustainable seafood and agri-food exports for which the Netherlands is known in the world.


Harvested from Osetra sturgeons, Dutch caviar has a mild, slightly salty and creamy taste that lingers in the mouth. The high quality of Dutch caviar makes it a true contender in the culinary world, as appreciated by gourmands around the world.
